Russell Cederberg Photography and Images

Born in Chicago, Russell grew up in San Diego and has also lived in Portland, Oregon and Stockholm, Sweden. Russell is currently living in Neptune Beach Florida. To collect inspiration and experience the beautiful cultural diversities in our world, Russell has traveled to 30 states in America and also to England, Scotland, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Croatia and Mexico.

Throughout the last 35 years as an artist, Russell has worked in acrylics, colored pencils, pen and ink, film and digital photography, mixed media on wood, cast metals, silver jewelry, carved foam and fiberglass sculpture and lighting and sound design for the theatre. His subjects range from figurative landscapes and cityscapes to natural and architectural details, candid humanity and also abstract studies in primitive icons and symbols. For the last 4 years Russell has been concentrating on hand-embellished digital photographs printed with pigmented ink and acrylic paint on cotton rag or canvas.
